Position Overview

Pay Range: Clear path to earning $72k+

Compensation Breakdown:

• Hourly: $18–$35
• Weekly Performance Spiffs

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm

Position Requirements

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Moderate typing ability
• Strong phone etiquette
• Working in a fast‑paced environment
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong time‑management skill

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM software (especially ServiceTitan)
• HVAC or plumbing industry experience
• Strong customer service and problem‑solving skills
• Experience in de‑escalation
