Job summary

The SYGMA Network is seeking a Customer Sales Representative to provide direct support to Account Executives, Marketing Associates, and customers. The role focuses on resolving customer needs quickly and accurately while maintaining professional service.

You will answer inquiries, process orders and credits, manage delivery questions, and coordinate same-day deliveries in a fast-paced environment, using MS Office to track activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience.
• Preferred: previous call center experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming concerns/needs from customers.
• Key pick-up requests handled and routed.
• Address delivery questions and transportation routing.
• Process will-call orders.
• Provide customers with invoice copies.
• Process credits as needed.
• Maintain call list and monitor orders before cut-off.
• Communicate regularly with Account Executives (AE) and customers.
• Manage same-day deliveries for operating company (OPCO).
• Perform other duties as directed by Supervisor.

Qualifications

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

• 1 year prior outside foodservice sales coordination or customer support experience
• Preferred: Previous call center experience
