As a Customer Service Representative at Parker's Kitchen, you are the face of the company, processing each customer's order quickly, accurately, and efficiently while ensuring complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. Responsibilities include handling customer cash, credit/debit payments, providing product information, resolving complaints, maintaining knowledge of all items, guiding customers to products, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized.

Retail Customer Service Representative responsibilities include:
  • Providing a fast and friendly customer service experience every visit.
  • Operating front end equipment such as register, calculator, scanner.
  • Handling cash, fuel transactions, and other retail shift duties.
  • Managing sales of alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and other age-regulated products.
  • Using problem-solving and decision-making skills to enhance guest experience and resolve concerns.
  • Maintaining a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Being welcoming and helpful to guests and team members.
  • Paying attention to detail while multitasking.
Requirements for the Retail Customer Service Representative position:
  • Accurately handling cash register operations and transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and ability to read, write, and count.
  • Outgoing, friendly, positive attitude, and good customer interaction skills.
  • Ability to multitask, perform repetitive bending, standing, reaching, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to work in the store; 16+ for kitchen roles.
