As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities include:

• Providing fast, friendly, and efficient customer service.
• Handling cash, credit/debit transactions, and operating register equipment.
• Assisting customers with product information and resolving complaints.
• Maintaining knowledge of store items and assisting with product location.
• Ensuring checkout areas are clean and orderly.
• Performing related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Accurately handling cash register operations and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and mathematical skills.
• Outgoing, friendly, and positive attitude with excellent customer interaction skills.
• Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old (16 for kitchen roles).
