Role Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of Parker's, processing orders quickly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling cash and credit/debit payments, providing product information, resolving complaints, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting team communication.

Key Duties:
  • Providing friendly, efficient customer service
  • Operating front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator)
  • Handling cash, fuel transactions, and shift duties
  • Managing sales of age-regulated products (alcohol, tobacco, lottery)
  • Resolving guest concerns through problem-solving and decision-making
  • Maintaining ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Welcoming attitude towards guests and team members
  • Attention to detail while multitasking
Minimum Requirements:
  • Accurate cash register operation and cash handling skills
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers
  • Outgoing, friendly demeanor, positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • At least 18 years old to work on store-side (16 for kitchen roles)
