Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Parker's, processing customer orders quickly, accurately, and ensuring satisfaction through friendly service. Responsibilities include handling cash, credit/debit payments, assisting customers, maintaining knowledge of store items, and ensuring cleanliness and order at checkout areas.

Key Duties
  • Providing fast, friendly customer service.
  • Operating front-end equipment: register, scanner, calculator.
  • Handling cash, fuel transactions, and shift duties.
  • Managing sales of age-restricted products: alcohol, tobacco, lottery.
  • Resolving guest concerns through problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Maintaining ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
  • Welcoming attitude towards guests and team members.
  • Multitasking with attention to detail.
Minimum Requirements
  • Accurate cash register operation and cash handling skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and proficiency with numbers.
  • Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask, perform physical tasks, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be at least 18 years old to work on store-side; 16 for kitchen roles.
