Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Parker's, processing customer orders quickly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction through friendly service. Responsibilities include handling cash and credit/debit payments, providing product information, resolving complaints, maintaining knowledge of store items, and keeping checkout areas clean and organized.

Key Duties
  • Deliver fast, friendly customer service
  • Operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator)
  • Handle cash, fuel transactions, and shift duties
  • Manage sales of alcohol, tobacco, lottery, and age-regulated products
  • Resolve guest concerns with problem-solving skills
  • Maintain ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
  • Show a welcoming attitude and attention to detail
Minimum Requirements
  • Accurately operate cash register and handle cash transactions
  • Strong attention to detail, proficiency with numbers, and ability to read, write, and count
  • Outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 18 years old (16 for kitchen roles)
