As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the company, processing customer orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently, ensuring complete customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service. Responsibilities include handling cash, credit/debit payments, providing product information, resolving complaints, maintaining knowledge of store items, and ensuring the checkout area is clean and orderly.
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, your duties include providing friendly service, operating front-end equipment, handling cash transactions, selling age-regulated products, and maintaining a welcoming attitude. Requirements include proficiency in cash handling, strong attention to detail, positive attitude, ability to multitask, and physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old (16 for kitchen roles).
