Role Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of Parker's, ensuring quick, accurate, and friendly service. Responsibilities include processing transactions, handling cash and credit/debit payments, providing product information, resolving customer complaints, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting store operations.

Key Duties
  • Deliver fast, friendly customer service
  • Operate front-end equipment (register, scanner, calculator)
  • Handle cash, fuel transactions, and shift duties
  • Manage sales of age-restricted products like alcohol, tobacco, lottery
  • Resolve guest concerns through problem-solving and decision-making
  • Maintain ethical conduct, safety, and compliance standards
  • Show welcoming attitude towards guests and team members
  • Multitask with attention to detail
Minimum Requirements
  • Proficiency in cash handling, math, and register operations
  • Outgoing, friendly demeanor with positive attitude
  • Ability to multitask, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Minimum age 18 for store-side roles; 16 for kitchen roles
