Before becoming an agent, I spent several years with State Farm, including serving as an Agent Coach, where I had the opportunity to help other agents and team members succeed. That experience continues to shape how I lead my team today.

I'm a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin and graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by organizing our annual Back to School Bash, volunteering at local events, and officiating youth football games.

Our office works hard, celebrates wins together, and genuinely enjoys supporting one another. I want my team to feel challenged, encouraged, and confident they're building a career not just working a job.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Ray Givens - State Farm Agent, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our insurance agency. Your proactive approach, sales aptitude, and commitment to building lasting relationships with clients will set you apart.
