We are a growing State Farm independent contractor agency seeking a service‑oriented Customer Retention Specialist who excels at supporting existing policyholders. The role focuses on renewals, changes and questions while identifying coverage gaps and turning conversations into in‑book sales opportunities. Success is measured by customer satisfaction and monthly sales goals achieved through a needs‑based, customer‑first approach.

Licensing Requirements

• Property & Casualty license – must be obtained before Day 1
• Life & Health license – must be obtained within 45 days of starting

Full licensing support and guidance will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals, coverage questions and policy updates
• Provide calm, professional support during service and claims conversations

Requirements
