Nate Wingert State Farm is seeking a Customer Care Representative to deliver exceptional service in our local office. You will engage with customers, handle requests with empathy, and support who we serve in the community. This role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-up, and strong communication to build lasting relationships.

You’ll work with a supportive team, receive on‑the‑job training, and have opportunities for advancement as you grow with the agency and the State Farm network.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service mindset—calm, confident, and solutions‑oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (coaching, feedback, and professional correspondence)
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high standards
• Tech‑savvy and a willingness to learn State Farm tools quickly
• Experience in insurance/customer care is a plus (but the right leader who can learn fast is welcome!)
• Previous customer service experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day workflow, priorities, and follow‑up to keep service levels strong
• Help improve processes and identify ways to streamline communication
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal partners
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers
• Offer & sell financial service products when they fit the needs of our customers
