Mathis Insurance and Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a friendly Customer Care Representative to join our growing insurance and financial services team in Vacaville, CA. This is a full-time, in-office role with a predictable weekday schedule.

Starting pay is $17 per hour, with opportunities to earn more as you grow. No prior insurance experience or licensing is required to apply—we’ll cover your initial licensing course and first exam, and training continues during work hours.

Customer Care Representative – Insurance & Financial Services

Starting at $17/Hour

Full-Time | In-Office | Vacaville, CA

Monday–Thursday 9 AM–5 PM | Friday 9 AM–3 PM

No Regular Nights, Weekends, or Holidays

We're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join our growing insurance and financial services team.

No insurance experience or licensing is required to apply! We'll pay for your initial insurance licensing course and first exam attempt. You must successfully obtain your Property & Casualty insurance license before your first day of employment. Once hired, additional training is paid and completed during work hours.

What You’ll Do
