Geauxsf is hiring a fully remote Customer Service Representative to support a local State Farm Agent Team Member. You will work Monday-Friday online, 8a-4:30p CST, assisting customers with insurance needs. A Property & Casualty license is required; Life & Health licenses are a bonus.

• Must possess Property & Casualty Producer's Insurance License
• Must have previous experience working for a State Farm Agent

ROLE DESCRIPTION

This fully remote position is for a full-time Customer Service Representative in support of a local State Farm Agency. You will be required to work Monday-Friday online, assisting customers with their insurance needs from 8a-4:30p CST. The position requires you to have your Property & Casualty insurance license. Having a Life & Health insurance license is a bonus!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
