Job summary

State Farm agent team member is seeking a customer-focused, outgoing individual for a fully remote, full-time role in the US. You will build customer relationships, educate on insurance options, and help grow the agency's book.

Applicants should hold current Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses, be bilingual in Spanish, and comfortable with learning computer systems. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
