Kari Romano State Farm is seeking a customer service representative to greet clients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain customer records in our The Woodlands, TX office.

The role requires prior customer service experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and comfort with sales conversations to offer insurance solutions. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Must be able to pass insurance licenses
