Job summary

John Taliaferro - State Farm Agent is searching for an outgoing Customer Service Representative to join their team in Suwanee, Georgia. This role focuses on establishing and maintaining customer relationships while providing friendly and accurate service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be dedicated to customer service, and possess the ability to work collaboratively. Candidates must be willing to obtain necessary insurance licenses and work Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
