Job summary

State Farm Rocky Kelly Agency in Omaha, NE is seeking an Agent Team Member to support daily office operations, deliver friendly customer service, and help customers understand insurance options.

You will establish customer relationships, follow up as needed, and use a needs-based review to educate clients about coverages, pricing, and eligibility. This full-time role includes benefits and opportunities for advancement, with licensing obtainable.

Qualifications

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to develop and maintain a digital marketing system to promote the office.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Compensation $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
