Our State Farm agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building strong customer relationships in a professional insurance office. In this role, you will support customers with Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and Small Business insurance policies, helping them understand their coverage, update policies, and receive timely assistance when questions arise. This position focuses on policy servicing, customer account support, and coverage assistance within an insurance agency environment. A Property & Casualty insurance license is not required to start, and our agency provides licensing support and reimbursement for team members who need to obtain their license. Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a professional office environment
• Experience in an insurance agency, financial services office, banking environment, or similar customer support role
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
