Matt Davidson - State Farm Agent in Raymore, MO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing agency. You will establish relationships, respond to inquiries about insurance options, and support clients through policy changes and billing questions.

This full-time role offers $35,000–$50,000 per year plus commission/bonus, 401K, paid time off, and a hiring bonus up to $1,000, with room to grow in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
