Job summary

Kris Yocum - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help build relationships with customers and support their insurance needs in Republic, MO. You will assist with inquiries, explain coverage options, and process transactions to ensure accurate policy information and timely service.

The role offers salary plus commission, PTO, and growth opportunities within the agency. You will work full-time at the local State Farm agency and may pursue required licenses to support

Position Overview

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in 877 Hwy 60 E, Republic, MO.
• Our office is open 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday, Saturday appt. only.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
• We currently have 3 team members at our agency.
• Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, and Golden Triangle
