Kristin Francy– State Farm Insurance Agency is seeking a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide training through licensing, a structured 90-day probation, and a supportive team focused on building long-term relationships with customers and the community.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Service-minded with confidence in making coverage recommendations.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and coachable.
• Willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to start date (Agency will reimburse licensing costs after hire).
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule

Compensation: $40,000–$60,000 per year (base + bonus/commission)

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and comfortable speaking up when a customer could benefit from better coverage or additional protection. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving, and building real relationships—not just processing transactions.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training and support throughout the licensing process. Interviewing with prior licensing Bonus.

Training, Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
• Performance bonuses & commissions, with total earning potential of $50,000–$60,000
