Job summary

The Suanne Pinkard State Farm Agency is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional client experiences and support the growth of a local insurance practice. You will handle inquiries, maintain relationships, and coordinate with the agency team to meet community needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Ability to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license with the help of our agency
• Previous customer service experience preferred
