Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance questions, claim submissions, billing clarification, and onboarding new customers.
• Support Sales and Service staff working to broaden our customer base and deepen customer relationships.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
