Brian Pancake State Farm in Kissimmee is hiring a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for customers at our office. The role starts with front desk duties and basic service tasks, with opportunities to grow into sales or combined sales-and-service roles.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and dependable, with strong communication skills and a willingness to obtain required Florida licenses.
