Job summary

State Farm is seeking a Customer Service Representative for an Agent Team Member position in OH. You will build relationships, provide prompt, friendly service, and support clients through policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries.

You should be outgoing, detail‑oriented and team‑minded, with strong communication skills and a willingness to obtain required Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses through the agency.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
