Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Woodrum - State Farm Agent, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that support the growth of our insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people will make you a great fit. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• This is an in-person position from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM in Georgetown.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must have a valid Property & Casualty insurance license. Candidates without licensing are not eligible.
• Minimum of 6 months of insurance agency CSR experience required.
• Preference given to those with current or past State Farm experience.
• Signing bonus available for qualifying candidates.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees are not employed by State Farm. Agents make all employment decisions regarding their staff.
