Cesar Ramos Insurance Agcy Inc is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm Agent Team in Kent, WA, in a hybrid role (80% service / 20% sales). You will support insurance agents, manage customer inquiries, and help grow client relationships in a fast-paced office.

This position rewards strong customer service and a sales mindset; licenses for Property & Casualty and Life/Health must be obtained before start.

Qualifications

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty License prior to start date.
• Must be able to obtain a Life/Health License prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
• Assist office with pivot sales, approx. 20% of your role.

Cesar Ramos Insurance Agcy Inc is seeking an organized and efficient specialist to fulfill a hybrid role (80% Service/20% Sales) of administrative duties and supporting insurance agents in gaining and keeping customers; with some light sales involved. RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• MUST Able to obtain Property and Casualty License prior to start date
• MUST be able to obtain a Life/Health License prior to start date
• Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
