Shelby Fiandt - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences within a supportive, growth-oriented team. You will handle inquiries, build relationships, and coordinate with colleagues to meet community needs in a fast-paced insurance environment.
The role emphasizes service-friendly processes, accurate record-keeping, and proactive communication to help families manage risks and protect their futures.
I opened my agency in 2022 and currently lead a team of nine. State Farm has always been a big part of my life - I worked alongside my mom, who is also an agent, and I'm proud to be a third-generation State Farm agent. I originally went to college to become a teacher, and that passion for helping others learn and grow still influences how I lead my team today.
Being part of our community is incredibly important to us, and our agency stays actively involved with our local school district and the families we serve.
We offer licensing reimbursement, a strong commitment to work-life balance, and plenty of opportunities for professional growth and advancement. We want our team members to continue developing, take on new challenges, and build rewarding careers.
Our culture is competitive, supportive, and fun. We love team competitions, creative promotions, and celebrating wins together while encouraging one another to succeed. If you're motivated, enjoy a little friendly competition, and want to grow with a team that genuinely supports one another, we'd love to meet you.
As a Customer Service Representative with Shelby Fiandt - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
