Position Overview

Looking for a part‑time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, & listening).
• People‑oriented and organizational skills.
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely.
• Ability to multi‑task.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain).
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).

Compensation: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour.
