As a Customer Service Representative with Bonny Bird - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. In addition to providing excellent service, you will play an active role in supporting agency growth by recognizing opportunities to pivot conversations toward sales, identifying gaps in coverage, and recommending additional insurance products that meet customers' needs.
