Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or related experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, professional attitude.
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Dedicated to customer service.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required (must be able to obtain if not currently licensed).
