Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jerrad Ragsdell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.

I'm a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.

We currently have 17 team members at our agency.

We have 95 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
