Jerrad Ragsdell - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a State Farm Agent team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, handle inquiries, and support policyholders with information and updates.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, a friendly, sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to work with a caring, growth-focused team across Cypress and Houston offices. Training and advancement opportunities are available in a fun, energetic environment.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jerrad Ragsdell - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

• Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Conduct policy reviews and recommend coverage adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Compensation: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

• We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
• Our office is located in Cypress, TX (77429) & Houston, TX (77095).
• Our office is open 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• I have been a State Farm agent since 2009.
• Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
• I am a proud graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University.
• We currently have 17 team members at our agency.
• We have 95 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
