Jeremy Hooter - State Farm Agent seeks a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional experiences and support our growing insurance business. You will handle inquiries, follow up with customers, and coordinate with team members to meet community needs.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to service, has strong communication, is detail‑oriented, and can multitask. Spanish bilingual abilities are preferred.
I opened my agency in 2012 and currently lead a close-knit team of two, with plans to continue growing. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 15 years as a home builder, and I’ve also served as an active law enforcement officer for 20 years. I attended Stephen F. Austin State University and am a married father of two. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, hunting, long-distance and clay shooting, and occasionally getting out on the golf course. Our agency offers paid time off, paid holidays, and licensing costs paid up front. We also prioritize work-life balance with a 35-hour workweek. Our regular schedule is 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, and 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, with a one-hour lunch each day. Our office is laid-back, close-knit, and fun. We genuinely get along with one another, communicate well, and believe enjoying the people you work with makes a difference. At the same time, we value accountability and expect everyone to take ownership of their responsibilities. I’m looking for someone who is dependable, loyal, coachable, and interested in finding a place where they can stay and grow long-term. The right person will learn quickly, take initiative, enjoy connecting with people, and be comfortable picking up the phone and starting conversations. If you’re accountable, motivated, and want to join a growing office where you can take ownership of your role while having fun with the team, we’d love to meet you.
As a Customer Service Representative with Jeremy Hooter - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
