Cherokee County Nissan in Holly Springs, GA is hiring a BDC Service Representative to join the Business Development Center. The role focuses on handling service calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating follow-ups to drive dealership visits.

We offer three shifts, a 5-day work week with rotating Saturdays, training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and paid time off.

Responsibilities - BDC Service Representative:

• Answer all incoming service calls
• Schedule service appointments
• Call customers for follow ups, appointment reminders, missed appointments, and to bring customers into the dealership for service
• Interact with customers as well as with all dealership departments
• Some filing
• Gather data for outgoing calls
• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work promptly when scheduled.
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - BDC Service Representative:
