Job summary

Sunset Automotive Group, Inc. seeking a bilingual Spanish/English BDC Associate to join our Business Development Center.

You will respond to customers by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center, and you will also make outgoing calls to remind clients they are due for service. Fluency in both languages is required, along with proven BDC or call center experience and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish and English, verbally and in writing.
• Experience in a BDC or call center is preferred or required.
• Experience handling inquiries by phone, email, and chat is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to internet and phone inquiries in Spanish and English.
• Determine customer vehicle service needs by active listening.
• Make outgoing calls to current clients for reminders and to set appointments.
• Learn, understand, and follow call and email scripts.
• Set, confirm, and follow up on appointments.
• Perform satisfaction surveys with customers.
• Other duties as required.

Job description

Sunset Automotive Group has an immediate openings for a motivated, bilingual Spanish/English team member in our Business Development Center. In this position, you will be responding to customers who contact us by phone, email, or online chat to answer questions and set appointments for our service center. You will also make outgoing calls to current clients to remind them they are due for service and get them scheduled.

Must be fluent in Spanish and English both verbally and in writing. Some experience with automotive service is preferred but not required. Previous success in a BDC Center or a related position such as a Call Center-Inside Sales-Customer Service-Marketing-Lead Conversion is required.

Successful candidates will have ability to multi-task, be a team player, have a pleasant personality and experience working with customers by email and over the phone.
