What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, edit, process, and verify service requests from customers using various inbound systems
- Communicate and collaborate with departmental personnel to fulfill customer needs
- Provide support by answering customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer data
- Recommend improvements to enhance the efficiency and responsiveness of the Customer Call Center
- Perform backup support for team members and assist with related duties as assigned by management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED with 1-3 years of experience or equivalent work experience
- Proficient computer skills and ability to work on Eastern Standard Time
- Must have a flexible schedule and be available for on-call shifts as needed
- Ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and troubleshooting abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree
- Knowledge of D365 and Five9 systems
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
