Customer Service Specialist (Remote – Full Time)

We’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping small and mid-sized businesses thrive through tailored risk solutions, this remote opportunity may be a perfect fit.

What You'll Do

  • Guide business owners through the commercial insurance process using a consultative, relationship-first approach
  • Handle inbound inquiries (approx. 7–10/day) and follow-ups to quote, bind, and advise on coverage
  • Customize policy packages across multiple lines using your knowledge of carrier platforms and underwriting standards
  • Document all activities in advanced CRM/AMS platforms while ensuring compliance
  • Deliver white-glove service to business clients with complex or high-value needs
  • Stay informed on industry trends, risk classification, and regulatory requirements

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of insurance sales or service experience (1+ year in commercial lines or high-value agency setting)
  • Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
  • Experience working with CRM/agency platforms and multiple carriers
  • High attention to detail and comfort with risk evaluation

Preferred

  • 4+ years writing and quoting new commercial business
  • Multi-state experience and multi-carrier quoting background
  • Salesforce or similar AMS experience
  • Call center or high-volume environment exposure
  • 100% Remote (occasional travel may be required)
  • Salary: $54,000 – $98,000 (DOE) + performance-based incentives
