Paragon, a leading provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) services, is seeking a Sales Executive with experience in selling payroll, timekeeping, and benefit solutions within the cannabis market. Looking for candidates with experience selling on the West Coast.
The HCM Sales Executive achieves revenue objectives by securing new clients and / or additional business from existing clients. A true sales hunter, they will identify potential targets, and direct their advancement through our sales process. The HCM Sales Executive will also build and maintain a referral network.

This is a remote full time exempt position. Compensation is base plus commission.
