Job description

This role is Fully Remote

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (overtime as needed)

Temporary for 2 months

About the Role:

As an Account Services Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing management of client accounts. This position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills, and a willingness to learn and navigate complex financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and maintain account data for existing and transitioning firms
  • Review new account submissions for completeness and accuracy
  • Respond to inquiries regarding paperwork and account setup
  • Initiate incoming transfers and direct rollovers
  • Update client account details and special account features
  • Assist in resolving documentation issues and educate advisors on system processes
  • Organize and maintain digital client records
  • Process account closures and update statuses accordingly

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in financial services is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Good organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Willingness to work overtime during peak periods
