About the Role:

Odin AI is seeking a Technical Account Manager & Solutions Architect who will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and crafting tailored AI solutions to meet their business needs. This role involves working directly with clients to design and deliver AI agents, ensuring exceptional experiences and driving business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that align with client objectives and leverage Odin AI’s innovative capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead client engagements from solution design to delivery, ensuring successful implementation of AI agents.

Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into technical requirements.

Design and architect AI solutions that meet client needs, leveraging Odin AI’s platform capabilities.

Serve as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights and recommendations to optimize AI solutions.

Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.

Develop and document processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Provide training and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of Odin AI solutions.

Analyze client feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and innovation.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor.

4+ years of experience in technical account management, solutions architecture, or a similar role, preferably in the AI or technology industry.

Strong technical background with experience in designing and delivering AI solutions.

Excellent client management skills with a proven track record of managing complex client relationships.

Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Familiarity with AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
