We are actively seeking to onboard a Viewer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic Viewer Experience team. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will play a vital role in enhancing our brand image through viewer interactions. Your technical expertise will be crucial in addressing viewer needs, recommending suitable products, and embracing new challenges.

Your understanding of network functionality and familiarity with common streaming devices will help you provide exceptional support, resolving technical queries and ensuring a seamless streaming experience.

Responsibilities

1. Assist viewers via phone and chat regarding account management, billing, content questions, and navigation.
2. Recommend Streaming products during viewer interactions.
3. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
• Strong communication, typing, and computer navigation skills.
• Excellent written communication, including punctuation, grammar, and spelling.
• Good comprehension and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
• Positive, adaptable attitude and professional communication skills.
• Effective time management and accountability.
• Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24-hour support availability.
• Dependable transportation access.

Additional Details
