Position Overview: As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will handle 50-70 calls daily, offering guidance and support to customers. You will also serve as a resource for team members, ensuring high-quality service and building strong relationships.
Details: This full-time role involves working any day of the week with 8.5-hour shifts between 8:00 am and 11:00 pm EST, including training hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm MST, Monday to Friday. Flexibility for overtime may be required.

Preferred: 1+ years of customer service experience or related office/support roles.
Telecommuting Requirements: Dedicated workspace, secure environment, high-speed internet, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Soft Skills: Multi-tasking, understanding multiple products, flexible scheduling, and adherence to telecommuting policies.
