Job Description

We are actively seeking a CSR Advocate to join our dynamic Viewer Experience team. As a Viewer Experience Advocate, you will be at the forefront of our viewer interactions, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand image. Your technical expertise will be crucial as you address viewer needs, recommend suitable products, and embrace new challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance to viewers via phone and/or chat regarding account management, billing queries, content questions, and basic navigation of our site and applications.
  • Make product recommendations during each viewer interaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Fully remote role; however, you MUST live within 45 minutes of San Antonio, TX.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in customer service.
  • A positive, adaptive attitude, ready to switch gears to meet the needs of our viewers and team.

  • Robust time management skills to ensure productivity aligns with department standards.
  • A sense of accountability, taking ownership of issues from start to finish.
  • Willingness to work 365 days a year (including holidays) with 24-hour support availability.
  • Dependable access to transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be specific to elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, benefits may include:
