Job Description

We are actively seeking to onboard a Viewer Experience Advocate to join our dynamic Viewer Experience team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of viewer interactions, playing a vital role in enhancing our brand image. Your technical expertise will be essential as you address viewer needs, recommend suitable products, and embrace new challenges.

Your understanding of network functionality and familiarity with streaming devices will be instrumental in providing support to our viewers. You will resolve technical queries and ensure a seamless streaming experience. This role requires supporting multiple products, systems, and regions, emphasizing adaptability, cross-functional skills, and a global mindset. Responsibilities
  1. Provide assistance to viewers via phone and chat regarding account management, billing, content questions, and basic navigation.
  2. Make product recommendations based on viewer interactions.
  3. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with at least one year of customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Google Docs.
  • Strong communication, typing, and computer navigation skills.
  • Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices.
  • Positive attitude, adaptability, and professional communication skills.
  • Effective time management and ownership of issues.
  • Willingness to work 365 days a year, including holidays, with 24/7 support availability.
Additional Information

Pay Range: $17.75/hr (fixed rate).

This is a fully remote, entry-level, full-time position with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and more. The application deadline is May 20, 2025.
