Allstate Insurance Agency on South Beach is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support existing clients and drive growth. Join a collaborative team committed to delivering excellent service in a positive, energetic workplace.

Ideal candidates are team-oriented with at least 1 year in customer support, proficient in Microsoft Office, and capable of multi-tasking; bilingual skills and an active 4-40 license are a plus.

Qualificações

• Must have 1+ year of Customer Support & Client Services.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Referring leads to sales for property, casualty and life insurance products.
• Proactively identifying and acting on cross-sell opportunities.
• Responding to service requests for existing Auto and Property customers.
• Navigating a computerized data entry system.

Customer Service Representatives

Job Type: Full-time - In Office M-Fr 9-5:30

Base: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour

The ability to commute or relocate to Miami Beach

A high school or equivalent degree. (Some college preferred)
