Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).

• Insurance experience is a plus but not required (training provided).

• Detail-oriented and organized; able to handle multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to new and existing clients.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with policy questions and service requests.
• Process policy changes such as adding/removing vehicles or drivers.
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment processing.
• Follow up with customers regarding policy updates and documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
• Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and account servicing.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish.

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dependable Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish) to join our team. This role focuses on assisting clients with their insurance needs, answering questions, processing policy changes, and delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, works well in a fast-paced environment, and communicates clearly in both English and Spanish.
