Job summary

The Ouellette Agency is seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to support our existing clients and handle policy needs with accuracy and care.

Ideal candidates are P&C licensed, highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple client requests throughout the day, delivering proactive follow-up and strong relationship-building across channels.

Qualifications

• Licensed Property & Casualty professional is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple client requests with accuracy and courtesy.
• Florida insurance experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions and payments.
• Provide professional, friendly, timely service by phone, email and in person.
• Document client interactions and policy changes accurately.
• Identify opportunities to better protect clients with appropriate insurance solutions.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position plays an important role in supporting our existing clients, assisting with policy needs, answering coverage and billing questions, and providing the high level of service our clients expect from our agency.

The ideal candidate is already Property & Casualty licensed, highly organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple client needs throughout the day. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, finding solutions, and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist existing clients with policy changes, endorsements, billing questions, payments, and other service-related needs.
• Provide professional, friendly, and timely assistance by phone, email, and in person.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and provide proactive follow-up when needed.
• Accurately document client interactions, policy changes, and transactions.
• Help improve client retention by delivering consistent and dependable service.
• Identify opportunities to better protect existing clients through additional insurance solutions or life insurance.
• Coordinate with mortgage companies and other parties when necessary to assist with insurance-related requests.
• Work closely with the agency team to ensure clients receive a smooth and positive experience.

• Confidence in researching and resolving client questions and concerns.
• Florida insurance experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with Allstate products and brokered homeowners insurance carriers is a plus.
