Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Providence, RI. The role is remote/onsite with a requirement to pick up in East Providence, RI. Hours are 1:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include assisting individuals with information on benefits, delivering accurate information, and providing quality customer service and support. Qualifications include 2+ years in a call center, health/human services experience preferred, and strong PC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
